Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Sefi Art Shop, we take great pride in the creation and packaging of our artwork. Because we offer limited edition prints and one-of-a-kind original pieces, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or heart.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. While we do not offer standard returns, we want to ensure you receive your art in perfect condition.

Reporting Damage: If an item arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us at hello@sefiartshop.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Required Documentation: To process a damage claim, you must include photos of the damaged item AND the original packaging/shipping box.

Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will either issue a replacement (if the item is still in stock) or a shop credit/refund at our discretion.

Exemptions

Custom Commissions: Deposits and final payments for custom commissions are strictly non-refundable as they represent time and materials already invested.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be considered for damage claims; items purchased "on sale" or as "seconds" are sold as-is.
