At Sefi Art Shop, we take the utmost care in ensuring your artwork arrives in pristine condition. Please review our shipping protocols below.

Processing Times

• Prints & Merchandise: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

• Original Artwork: To ensure maximum protection, original works require specialized crating and handling. Please allow 7–10 business days for dispatch.

• Custom artworks that are only available by pre-order will take a long time to be crafted and sent out. Please refer to the product page for the order process.

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping from our studio.

• Delivery Estimates: International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.

• Tracking: Once your order has been handed to the carrier, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer free shipping only for the products that are purchased from shipping addresses in Turkey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Sefi Art Shop is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging Standards

• Plexiglass and Metal Prints (A4) and coasters: Shipped flat in rigid, heavy-duty stay-flat mailers.

• Originals: Secured with acid-free glassine paper, moisture-resistant wrapping, and reinforced art-handling boxes.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Sefi Art Shop is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
