1. Introduction

Welcome to Sefi Art Shop. By accessing this website and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and content contributors.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Ownership: All artwork, designs, and content on this site are the sole property of Sefi Art Shop, Zeynep Arda Design Studio, and Zeynep Arda.

• Usage Rights: When you purchase a physical piece of art or a print, you are buying the physical object only.

• Restrictions: You do not acquire any reproduction rights or copyright. You may not scan, copy, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., logos, advertisements, or merchandise) without an explicit written licensing agreement from Zeynep Arda.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom commissions will have a timeline agreed upon during the booking process.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  Sefi Art Shop is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

• International Shipping: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. Sefi Art Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• General Policy: Due to the delicate and/or limited-edition nature of the work, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

• Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at hello@sefiartshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of:

  1. The damaged item.

  2. The exterior packaging (showing the shipping label).

  3. The interior packaging materials. Once verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement (if available) or a refund.

5. Product Descriptions

• We make every effort to display the colors and textures of the artwork as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical piece.

• Handmade items can have imperfections, uneven stitches et cetera - as suggested by their nature.

6. Custom Commissions

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on any custom commission.

• The artist retains the right to share the process and final result of commissions on social media/portfolios unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sefi Art Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
